    Thank you for your interest in applying to vend at the 2025 Market of Curiosities. This year's show will be happening on Saturday, December 6th. In 2024 we had an estimated 2800 people in attendance. To keep these numbers up, we'll continue to need fantastic vendors as partners to be our co-creators. We're looking for handcrafted/DIY, vintage, and food vendors. The Market of Curiosities advertises itself as an opportunity to shop for unique and unusual holiday gifts. However, we do not accept vendor applications from third-party and multi-level-marking companies. Please do not apply or send a request to participate in the show if you represent one of these businesses. Please read the entire FYI section of the Market of Curiosities webpage before applying to vend. The fee to apply to the Market of Curiosities is $20.00. This fee is non-refundable. We'll notify you about your application status on Monday, September 15th, 2025. The Market of Curiosities will refund your booth fees if your application is not accepted.Please review your application before submitting it. The system will not allow you to make any changes afterward. If you want to change your application after sending it, please contact us at info@marketofcuriosities.com. In some cases, we may have to delete your entire application, and you'll have to start all over again. This warning is an attempt to save you from avoidable pain and suffering. However, don't hesitate to contact us if you need to make changes. You might decide later that you want a bigger booth or need to rent tables. These things happen. We understand and can fix them without you having to redo the whole process.We look forward to receiving and reviewing your application.You must pay your fees when submitting your application. If you do not pay your fees, your application will not be considered for the jury.

  • Our Agreement

    Please read our Participation Agreement, Check boxes to indicate you understand the agreement, have read the FYI section of our website, and understand that your application fee is not non-refundable.
  • THIS AGREEMENT, dated July 1st, 2025, is between the Market of Curiosities ("MOC") and the signatory at the end of this agreement ("Participant"). The participant will be participating in the Market of Curiosities on December 6th, 2025.

    Term: This Agreement will be effective for the participant's event. This Agreement may be terminated by MOC with or without cause immediately upon notice to the participant. Participants and their employees, personnel, and agents agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and all Event rules, regulations, and directives.

    Safety: Participant will act with the highest regard for the protection of the attendees and other participants of the Event and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities of the participant, including obtaining all licenses and permits, adhering to all health codes, CDC's guidelines, Carlisle Events' rules, Market of Curiosities' rules, and all other instructions provided during parking, loading-in, set-up, vending, packing-up, and loading-out. Behaving in any manner outside of the policies, guidelines, laws, or instructions provided may result in removal from the Event.

    Liability: MOC will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the participant's property, injury to, or death of the participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by the participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against MOC related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction.

    Cancellations: The Event will proceed regardless of the weather. If there is an unforeseen cancellation:

    (a) By MOC: If a cancellation of the Event by MOC is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other cases which (in MOC's sole judgment) may compromise the safety of event participants, then the Event will not be rescheduled, and refunds will be given to the participant.

    (b) By Participant: If the participant cancels participation by November 1st, MOC will offer a 50% refund, less a $20 application fee. MOC will not refund booth fees if the participant cancels their participation after November 1st. Once a participant cancels, they forfeit their spot in the event.

    A participant may not assign this Agreement to any third party or delegate any of its obligations without the written consent of MOC. Only the accepted Participants can sell or distribute their items and/or conduct activities at the Event. The vendor list, map, and Booth assignments are subject to change without notice. MOC does not guarantee any level of attendance at the event, and there will be no refunds under any circumstances after the event is over.

    Change in Terms: MOC may change this Agreement's terms and email you notice of such changes. MOC reserves the right to decline, prohibit, or expel any Participant exhibit or prevent any activity, display, product, or conduct that (in MOC's sole judgment) is out of keeping with the character of the Event or endangers the venue any attendee, or other participants.

    Participants and their agents, employees, personnel, and/or independent contractors who participate in the Event agree to be bound to this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement, including any waivers, ensure the benefit of MOC and its affiliates and Event co-producers and sponsors.

    Independent Contractors: The relationship of Participant to MOC is that of an independent contractor, and nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, or other relationship between the parties or to make MOC liable for the debts or obligations of the Participant.

    The validity, interpretation, construction, and enforcement of this Agreement will be governed and controlled by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its rules concerning the choice of law. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement must be brought to a federal or state court in Cumberland County. The parties hereby consent to such forum's exclusive jurisdiction and venue. This Agreement and any rules and regulations provided to the Participant by MOC will contain the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to participation in the Event. If any term is contrary to law, that term will be severed, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in force.
