GVL Bus Service Terms of Use- At Global Village Learning, we expect all members of our community to uphold behaviours that ensure the safety, respect, and wellbeing of others. This includes while travelling on our bus services.

By accessing the GVL Bus Service, families agree that they are responsible for their child’s conduct while using this service. Misbehaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others may result in the suspension or cancellation of a learner’s access to the bus service. Decisions around this will be made in alignment with our community values and restorative practice frameworks.

Families acknowledge that the only adult present on the bus is the driver. The driver’s role is focused on safely operating the vehicle and they are not expected to provide pastoral care or behavioural support. Learners are expected to travel safely, respectfully, and independently.

I acknowledge that I will be invoiced each term for this service. I acknowledge that pricing may change in the future and GVL will attempt to give as much notice as possible to any changes to pricing. To ensure we can plan and staff our transport service appropriately, one full term’s written notice is required to cancel a learner’s place on the bus. Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once invoices have been raised.
