• Discover Kayak Rental LLC Waiver

    Please read and sign this waiver before renting a kayak.
  • Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your kayak rental. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. This is a legally binding agreement. If you have any questions, please ask a member of our staff before signing. This agreement is between Discover Kayak Rentals LLC and you, the renter. The agreement covers the rental and use of kayaks and related equipment. You acknowledge that kayaking involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to: physical exertion, equipment failure, collisions, capsizing, drowning, and encounters with wildlife. You understand that these risks can result in serious injury or death. You agree to assume all risks associated with kayaking. You release DKR LLC], its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense that you may incur as a result of your participation in kayaking, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DKR LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may be brought against it by you or any third party as a result of your participation in kayaking. You warrant that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would make it unsafe for you to participate in kayaking. You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by DKR. You understand that DKR LLC reserves the right to terminate your rental if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in unsafe behavior. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [State/Jurisdiction]. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. You are signing this agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. If you are renting on behalf of a minor, you warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to sign this agreement on their behalf.
