    In Order To Apply For Membership With The Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® You Must Hold An Active Appraiser License.

    I understand that, if I am applying for REALTOR® membership for the first time or if I am rejoining as a REALTOR® after being away for a period of over two years, I must complete the NAR required Code of Ethics training and New Member Orientation within 60 days of membership, or I will forfeit my application fees.

      I hereby certify that the foregoing information furnished by me is true and correct, and I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, shall be grounds for revocation of my membership if granted. I further agree that, if accepted for membership in the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors®, I shall pay the fees and dues as from time to time established. NOTE: Payments to the Broward, Palm Beaches and St.Lucie Realtors® and the MLS, are not deductible as charitable contributions. Such payments may be as an ordinary and necessary business expense. No refunds.
