  • $1000 non-refundable Registration Deposit is due immediately. Note: You will need to put in an estimate/goal number for your group on the registration form. Your space will not be confirmed until this deposit is received. You can pay by check or credit card (Click the Donate button above. All cc fees are covered by our donor platform). Confirmation of receipt will be emailed. This deposit will be credited to your final payment

    1st Payment - $200 per participant. Due February 1 or 21 days after you register if later than Feb 1

    Final Payment - Remaining balance minus the $1000 Registration Deposit. Due May 1

  • When you click submit, you will automatically be redirected to our credit card payment system. If you selected pay by check, you can disregard that page. 

    If you select pay by check, an invoice to share with your finance director will be emailed to you within 24 hours and will be due upon reciept. 

    Notes for paying by card: 

    - You will need to click add and select 1 in order to move onto the next page

    - Our donor platform will cover credit card fees, in order to not pay any additional fees be sure to select other in the box for a suggested donation to zeffy. (11% default amount)
