Miss Nikki’s Dance Academy
Non-Refundable Policy Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Miss Nikki’s Dance Academy (“Studio”) and the Parent/Guardian (“Parent”) of the enrolled student (“Student”).
1. Registration Fees
All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, dismissal, illness, injury, or schedule changes.
2. Tuition Payments
Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable once paid, regardless of attendance or participation.
Tuition holds a place in class and is due whether or not the Student attends.
3. Costume Fees and Recital Fees
Costume and recital fees are non-refundable once ordered or paid, even if the Student withdraws or is unable to participate in performances.
4. Private Lessons, Workshops, and Camps
Payments for private lessons, workshops, camps, and special events are non-refundable.
Any rescheduling is subject to Studio availability and discretion.
5. Missed Classes
Missed classes are non-refundable and no credits will be issued.
Make-up classes may be offered at the Studio’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
6. Dismissal from the Studio
If the Student is dismissed from the Studio due to behavioral issues, failure to follow studio policies, or non-payment, all fees paid are non-refundable.
7. Acts of God, Force Majeure, or Government Mandates
In the event of circumstances beyond the Studio’s control (including pandemics, natural disasters, or government-ordered closures), no refunds will be issued. The Studio will make reasonable efforts to provide virtual classes or alternative arrangements.
8. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, Parent acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Non-Refundable Policy and understands that all fees paid to Miss Nikki’s Dance Academy are non-refundable.
