    Please note it is the main booking contact's responsibility to ensure payment is made. By completing this form you are agreeing to the cancellation details below. In the event of no delegates being able to fill the places that have been booked, NAPICU still require full payment of the invoice if it is past cancellation date (as seen below). If the decision is made to reduce delegate numbers, this must be done before cancellation date (as seen below). NAPICU will require delegate names for the badge printing by the latest Monday 1st September 2025.

    Cancellation Information:

    It is a condition of this booking that notification of cancellation received in writing (via email) by NAPICU/Northern Networking Events Ltd. This must be received by NAPICU prior to 1st July 2025. This will entitle the delegate to a refund of the pre-paid fees less an administration charge of £50. No refund will be made after 1st July 2025 and trust/organisation/main booking contact is still liable for full payment. Substitute names can be made at no extra cost until 1st September 2025. Name changes can be provided in writing (via email).

  • Conference Packages

    Early Bird Rate closes on 30th June 2025. Any submissions for early bird rates made after this date will be invalid. Please contact NAPICU administration for the updated regular prices.

  • Please note: NAPICU Administration team will check for your membership if you have selected that you are a ward/personal member. If membership has expired or you are not a member, your registration will be invalid until you agree to either re-join as a member or agree to pay non-member rates. (Early Bird Rates will close on 30th June 2025).

    Important Information:

    • You can only book up to 6 delegates per booking form.
    • Group Rate is only available to NAPICU member

    Tuesday Night Accommodation: 

    • For delegates selecting either the Superior or Standard package, Tuesday night accommodation will be provided in the same hotel as the package selected.
    • For delegates registering for the Summit Only, Tuesday night accommodation will be allocated based on hotel availability at the time of booking. Accommodation for Summit Only delegates cannot be pre-selected.

  • Please select the "Group Rate" only if you are booking exactly 6 delegates.

    • If you are booking for 5 or fewer, please choose the "Per Person" rate.
    • If you are booking for 7 or more delegates, we recommend booking 6 delegates on one form to receive the best group discount, then booking the remaining delegates separately using the "Per Person" rate.

    As registration runs from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, NAPICU is offering the option of an additional night’s stay, should you require it.

    Please provide correct information as it should be seen on the invoice. We ask if you do not have a PO number yet to write in the PO Number box "TBC". This allows us to note we will be expecting a PO from your trust/organisation.

    NAPICU Administration team will call you for payment. Until payment has been secured for the booking it will not be valid. If we do not have contact with you after 10 working days to collect payment then your booking will be void and cancelled.

    Please note: NAPICU will have a photographer on site. Images will be used for social media purposes to further promote future events. If you do not wish to have your pictures taken then please advise the NAPICU Administration office by email - info@napicu.org.uk. We advise you also inform the photographer on the day of the event.
