Important Notes & Policies

First Come, First Served: Booth assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, especially for electrical hookups.

Special Participation Offer (August 9th): For our upcoming market on August 9th, the first 10 participants will have their fee waived and will receive a $50 bonus. To qualify for the bonus, participants must remain until the market closes.

Weekly Commitment: We plan to hold this flea market weekly, contingent on weather and sufficient vendor participation. While we welcome your presence every weekend, there's no weekly commitment required.

Future Weeks: For subsequent market dates, we require confirmation of your participation and payment one week prior to your desired market Sunday. You may also pre-pay for additional weeks if you choose to. Fees are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the event.

What to Bring: Please remember to bring your own chairs. You're also welcome to bring a second table if needed, and a tent for your space.

Weather Policy: Events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, all payments for that specific day will be fully refunded.
Vendor Agreement - I, the undersigned, have read and understand the Vendor Application Form and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that booth assignments and electrical hookups are on a first-come, first-served basis, and that payment and registration deadlines must be met to secure my spot.
