    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Work Force planner specialising in data Reporting & Insights to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data analysis tools, with a strong ability to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
    Build and manage data models using Power Query and DAX.
    Perform advanced data analysis and visualization to support HR and financial reporting.

    Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows across departments.
    Integrate data from multiple sources including Excel, SharePoint, and SQL.
    Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
    Collaborate with HR, Operations and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

    Develop and manage shift schedules to meet business needs.

    Administer and maintain the HR rostering system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate time and attendance records.
    Generate workforce reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
    Forecast staffing needs using historical data and predictive tools.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.


    Required Skills & Qualifications


    • Preferred, bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and compliance standards.
    • Proven expertise in Power BI: dashboard creation, DAX, Power Query, data modelling.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, and complex formulas.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and visualisation.
    • Experience with digital transformations.
    • Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
