Help us map AI/ML in G2P research – 3-minute survey
Are you working on artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) tools in genotype-to-phenotype (G2P)research for terrestrial or aquatic farmed animals?
We’re looking for research groups, labs, and companies—whether public or private—that use or develop AI/ML for areas such as:
Genomic prediction using machine learning
Computer vision for phenotyping
AI-driven GWAS or trait analysis
Computational genomics and multi-omics integration
Our aim is to build a comprehensive picture of current efforts in this space as part of the EuroFAANG consortium, helping foster visibility and collaboration across the community.
