ASCA Dock Diving Scores Reporting

Use this form to report your scores from an approved ASCA Dock Diving event to IDS to have those scores recorded with IDS.
IDS now recognizes verified scores from ASCA approved dock diving events as part of our dock diving titling program.

Individuals can submit their scores & recording fees to IDS using this form. Please note: IDS Competition points and Majors/Minors are not available with this program. Only IDS Title Skill Points can be earned for each score. Visit the IDS website for more information about IDS's Dock Diving Title program.

All IDS registered dog's have a unique IDS #. All registered IDS Junior Handlers under the age of 18 also have a unique IDS #. Both numbers can be found on the IDS website.

All submissions REQUIRE you to upload the signed ASCA scores reporting form HERE.

The recordig fee is $10/dog/event plus $1.00 per score.
