  • Please note, reservations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. A member of our team will contact you by phone to schedule your Build-A-Bear experience and review details of our party setting options. If the dates you selected are no longer available, we will do our best to find an alternative for you.

    $50 DEPOSIT REQUIRED
    A $50 deposit is needed to reserve a party time. An invoice with a remote payment link for the deposit will be emailed to you during scheduling. Your reservation will be booked when payment is received. Confirmation will be by email and include a calendar invite for your event. The $50 deposit will be applied to your total on the day of your party. The $50 deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled.
