*Yes means I want lunch at every General Meeting or I will telephone a cancellation at least by 3 PM on the Saturday prior to the meeting on Wednesday. If I do not cancel in advance, I agree to pay for the lunch since it cannot be returned for a refund. (Standing Rule 111C) If you mark No and would like lunch, you must order by the Saturday prior to the meeting as well.
