MICHIGAN ENA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1000.00. This is a one-time scholarship to any emergency nurse pursuing a Associate(ADN) Bachelors (BSN) Masters(MSN) Advanced Practice Degree(DNP,CNS) Student nurses working currently in the Emergency department: unit clerk, tech or extern with intentions to continue working in the Emergency Department. This Scholarship does not apply for BCEN certifications (CEN,CPEN,TCRN,etc...) or conferences. Open each year April 1st to May 31st and August 1st to September 30th All applications must include your RESUME. Notification will be made early June or early October via phone
QUALIFICATIONS

1. The applicant must be accepted into an accredited nursing program.

2. The applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and provide a copy of their current transcripts

3. The applicant must live in Michigan or Canada and work in Michigan.

4. The applicant must be an ENA member.

5. The applicant must include Reusme, Transcript with GPA and most recent completed semester grades, 1 letters of recommendation. The letter of recommendation shouldbe from one professional manager/supervisor or nursing professor.

6. Please explain why you are pursing your nursing degree and/or how your degree will benefit you personally and professionally.
