MICHIGAN ENA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00.This is a one-time scholarship to any emergency nurse pursuing an associates, bachelors, or advanced practice degree in nursing with the focus of emergency nursing. This scholarship does not apply for certifications (CEN, CPEN, TCRN, etc) or conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. The applicant must be accepted into an accredited nursing program.

2. The applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and provide a copy of their transcripts.

3. The applicant must live in Michigan or Canada and work in Michigan.

4. The applicant must be an ENA member.

5. The applicant must include 2 letters of recommendation, at least one of which must be a Michigan ENA Board Member. The letters of recommendation should include one personal and one professional.

6. The completed application must be received by the committee 30 days prior to the beginningof the semester for which the application is being made.
