- Registration Opens - June 16, 2025 - Ends June 27, 2025
- Last Registration Opens - July 14th - Ends July 18, 2025
- Mandatory Classes for In-person students - August 4,5,6, & 7,2025 *Classes will be assigned
- Mandatory classes for Online students - August 11,12,13 & 14, 2025 *Classes will be assigned
- Mandatory Classes include Book Pick Up and Class information.
- In-Person 1st Semester Fall Classes start the week of August 12, 2025
- On-line Classes start the week of August 19, 2025
This Registration form will automatically enroll the students into Spring Class 2026 (2nd semester.) Spring Class (2nd semester) starts the week of January 5, 2026. *Invoices for 2nd Semester 2026 will be mailed and due in December 2025.
PREREQUISITE:

To qualify for In State Tuition the student needs one full year of residence in the State of Colorado. Attach a copy of the students current Colorado Driver’s License or a Colorado State ID.
- All students with an Out of State ID will be charged Out of State Tuition.
- All students must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED or an equivalent.
- All male apprentices between 18-26 years old must be registered with Selective Service according to the Senate Bill/Law 03-255.
- Apprentices not registered or not exempt will not be qualified to attend.
- Electronic devices are required for all classes, handheld devices, laptops, or notebooks
*All Classes have limited capacity.

TUITION INFORMATION

Students will be notified of Class location, Date and Hours by their Contractor.
- Each student must have at least one FULL YEAR of residency in the State of Colorado to qualify for in-state tuition.
- Payment must be received prior to attending class.
- Tuition & Books must be paid with company checks only.
- Late registration fee applies after July 18, 2025 of $150.00.

REFUND POLICY: Please refer to Policies & Procedures, Page 4, Section 7.2.

MEMBERSHIP: A Contractor must have paid three months membership dues in advance to receive membership prices. The contractor will be liable to pay non-member prices for students and books if the contractor drops their WCIEC membership prior to the end of the semester.

All Dues must be paid in full prior to student graduating.
