SCHEDULES. All schedules will be sent out via email. Each ensemble will be assigned a coach/teacher. All Participants and Participants families will receive contact information for on site.
LOCATIONS. All rehearsals will be taking place either at Bridgeview Park District in Bridgeview or Magical Keys Institute of Music in Palos Hills.
COMMUNICATION. Magical Keys Admin Team of Together We Are A Symphony will always be communicating via email unless emergencies arise; communication will revert to telephone.
REQUIREMENTS. Participants must be playing on their instrument for a minimum of 2 years before signing up.
ATTENDANCE. Every participant must be at every scheduled rehearsal. Only two excused absences are allowed for the whole academic scheduled year. Excused absences must be notified 48 hours before unless emergency arises day of.
BEHAVIOR. A certificate of good moral is required in order to get admitted to this program. This program is open to all youth and adults who have the passion for music and collaborating with others.
RESPECT. Respecting each others instruments and materials and respecting each others opinions throughout the collaboration is expected in this program. If the teacher or coach of the ensemble of participant rules there have been bad behavior or disrespect towards others, there will be consequences such as restrictions from performing and attending program rehearsals.
PAYMENT. All payments should be paid the 1st week of every month at rehearsal via in person or online for the entire month of rehearsal. If payments are late, there will be a $15 fee late fee.
INSTRUMENTS. Every participant is responsible for providing their own instrument. There will be multiple pianos on site already.
