Prayer Picnic RSVP Form

Please be reminded that you will need to bring your own blanket, snacks, or light refreshments for the picnic. We will provide water as well as entertainment, such as bubbles and sidewalk chalk for the kiddos to play and be entertain while we gather, pray and picnic.
