$50 entry fee (can be sent via Venmo to @mystickrewe-ofmajesty) - 2 team members allowed, others must pay for entry.
Cajun Heritage Camp Ground, Henderson, LA
Set-Up Begins: 8:00 AM
Tear Down/Area Must Be Cleared By: 8:00 PM
👨🍳 Entry Requirements:
All teams must bring their own cooking equipment, including:
- Black pot and cooking accessories
- Burner and propane
- All ingredients, including rice or pasta
- Tents, tables, and chairs for you an team
- You are responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving your dish on-site.
🍽 Serving Details:
- Paper products for tasting/judging will be provided (bowls, forks, napkins, etc.).
- Teams must ensure their dish is ready for tasting/judging at the designated time (to be announced).
🧼 Cleanliness & Safety:
- Keep your cooking and serving area clean and safe at all times.
- Grease/oil must be disposed of safely and appropriately.
- All team areas must be fully cleaned and cleared by 8:00 PM.
