2025 Team Registration

The ARC Wild Nature Cache is an any day, any time, family activity that can lead you on adventures of epic proportions! Grab your family and friends and fill out the form below to register for this year's event.

The Challenge: We challenge you to find our Nature Caches using GPS coordinates and clues we provide. These caches have been hidden in the counties ARC Wild serves. These counties include Atchison, Brown, Doniphan, Nemaha, Jackson, Washington and Potowattomie counties in Kansas and Nemaha county in Nebraska.

STEP 1: Register your team using the form below. Teams must have at least (1) adult over the age of 18 years. Teams are limited to (6) players.

STEP 2: On July 10th we will send you a "Passport" via email that will guide you to the Nature Cache locations. These gps coordinates will get you within 20 feet of the treasure.

Event Dates: July 1st - September 30, 2025. Your Passport will detail prizes that can be won (in addition to our little cache treasures).

Rules and Other Important Info:
- Put the Nature Cache BACK WHERE YOU FIND IT! DO NOT hide it somewhere else or take it home. This ruins the fun for everyone else. Always place the cache back where you found it.
- We've hidden little treasures inside each geocache. Please take only (1) item from each cache. Do NOT take a prize for every person on the team. Instead, decide in advance who will get that particular cache's prize. Hundreds of people participate and we want to have enough for everyone.
- Stamp your passport! Inside each cache is an animal stamp. Stamp the corresponding cache on the passport. This is proof you were there.
- Don't tell others where you found it.
- Dress appropriately and be safe! Wear old tennis shoes and clothes. ARC Wild loves getting kids dirty. Do NOT wear flip flops while hunting. This is an easy way to get hurt.
Prizes will be awarded based on the number of caches you find.
- If your team finds 6 caches, you will each earn a free t-shirt.
- If your team finds 8 caches, you'll get free t-shirts and be entered in the prize drawings.
- If your team finds 10 or more caches and you'll get free t-shirts, be entered into all prize drawings and be entered into the grand prize drawing!
Winners will be drawn on October 1, 2025 and notified via team email.
