CONSENT & DATA PRIVACY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting this registration form, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Collection of Personal Data
   I consent to the collection of my personal data, including but not limited to my name, contact information, demographic details, and any other information provided during registration.
2. Purpose of Data Use
   I understand that my data will be used to organize and manage the bootcamp, communicate important updates, track participation, collect feedback, and report to program stakeholders.
3. Data Storage and Protection
   I acknowledge that my data will be stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect my data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
4. Data Sharing
   I understand that my data may be shared with program partners or sponsors solely for bootcamp-related purposes (e.g., certificate issuance, funding reports, or post-program follow-up) and will not be sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
   I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the program organiser, although this may affect my ability to participate in the bootcamp.
6. Photo & Video Release
   I consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during the bootcamp for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes by the organizers and partners.
