  • TUCKER MANAGEMENT

    TM Kids Contract 2025/26
  • Dear   *   *

  • This agreement confirms the terms and conditions under which Tucker Management (hereafter referred to as “the Manager”) undertakes to act as your agent.

“Artist” refers to the individual(s) entering into a contract with Tucker Management — e.g. the Minor and their Parent/Legal Guardian, as detailed on page eight — and is also referred to as “Client,” “You,” or “Your.”

This agreement is effective from the date of signing for an initial period of twelve (12) months.

    1. Agreement

1.1 By signing this agreement, you engage the Manager as your manager, agent, and representative worldwide from the date of signing, in all areas of the entertainment and performing arts industries, whether currently existing or developed in the future. These areas include, but are not limited to: Commercials, Music Videos, Theatre, Concerts, Radio, Television, Corporate Events, Cruise Contracts, Video Games, and Audio/Visual Recordings.

1.2 While represented by Tucker Management, you must obtain the Manager’s consent before accepting any additional performing work. The Manager’s decision is final.

1.3 The terms of this agreement are subject to change. Tucker Management reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion. The Artist will be notified via email ten (10) working days before any changes take effect. Written confirmation of acceptance via email is required. Revised terms will not affect existing contracted work arranged by Tucker Management but will apply to all future engagements after said work ends.

1.4 All questions or concerns during this engagement should be directed to the Manager as your first point of contact. The Manager will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

    1.5 Manager’s Obligations

The Manager shall use reasonable efforts to perform the following duties, upon the Artist’s request:

    1. Advise the Artist on their professional career.
    2. Negotiate agreements on behalf of the Artist in the entertainment and performing arts fields in which the Artist is willing and qualified to work.
    3. Assist in producing and maintaining an up-to-date CV via Tagmin and Spotlight, with the Artist’s input. All updates must be discussed with the Manager and are subject to their discretion.
  • 2. Manager’s Conditions

2.1 As a condition of this engagement, the Artist agrees to:

    1. Exclusivity: Not engage any other manager, agent, or representative to perform the services covered under this contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    2. Communication: Provide reliable contact details (phone and email) and respond to messages within three (3) hours.
    3. Attendance: Inform the Manager of any difficulty in attending a booked job or casting. If the Artist fails to honour a booking without prior notice or agreement, the Artist may be charged for the actual loss incurred. This does not apply in extenuating circumstances (e.g. emergencies), but notification is still required.
    4. Availability: Inform the Manager of any unavailability (e.g. amateur productions, holidays, school commitments).

2.2 Representation by Tucker Management does not guarantee professional work.

2.3 To terminate this agreement, either party must provide eight (8) weeks’ written notice. The Artist agrees to honour any negotiations made on their behalf prior to the termination date. The final date must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • 3. Fees and Payments

3.1 There is no joining fee for TM Kids Artists. Tucker Management operates on a commission basis, always prioritising the Artist’s best interests.

3.2 The Manager’s standard commission rate is 20% for all types of paid performance work, including but not limited to: photographic, commercial, stage, theatre, television, film, recordings, usages, fittings, and recalls.

3.3 By signing, you authorise the Manager to receive all monies due to you and deduct their commission before remittance.

3.4 TM Kids Artists are expected to join Spotlight upon representation. Spotlight membership currently costs £129.60/year (incl. VAT). Artists must first have headshots taken by a Tucker Management-approved photographer.

3.5 Production typically covers travel expenses. If not reimbursed on the project day, notify the Manager within twenty-four (24) hours of job completion and provide receipts.

3.6 Tucker Management will invoice production within one week of job completion. Payment to the Artist will be made within ten (10) working days of receipt. Long-term engagements may have different payment arrangements at the Manager’s discretion.

3.7 If the Artist undertakes paid performance work independently and the Manager consents, commission will still apply. Terms will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  • 4. Children in Performance

    Licensing

In accordance with The Children (Performances and Activities) (England) Regulations 2014, all children under statutory school-leaving age must obtain a licence from their local authority for any work affecting school attendance. Licences are also required for chlidren who have performed for more than 4 days in a 6 month period. The minimum notice required for Local Authorities to evaluate and issue licences is 21 days.

Once a child completes their final GCSE year and is aged 16 or older, a licence is no longer required.

4.1 By signing, you grant Tucker Management permission to apply for performance licences on behalf of the Artist.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate and timely information to support the application.

4.3 You agree to inform the Artist’s school or education provider about this agreement and the potential for authorised absences due to professional work.

    Chaperones

Parents or legal guardians are the default chaperones. Where unavailable, production may supply a licensed chaperone, or Tucker Management can provide one, with costs borne by production or the parent/guardian as agreed.

4.4 You agree to make yourself available, where possible, to accompany the Artist to auditions, castings, fittings, and performances for those under age 16.

4.5 By signing, you consent to the use of production or agency-provided chaperones when needed.

4.6 If Tucker Management supplies a licensed chaperone, a portion of the Artist’s fee may be allocated to cover costs. Schedules and duties will be confirmed via email in advance, and timely responses are expected.

  • 5. Professional Profile & Headshots

5.1 No social media use is permitted during professional engagements (e.g. no Snapchat on set or backstage).

5.2 All casting and project information is confidential and must not be shared online or verbally until authorised by the Manager.

    5.3 Social Media & CV:

    • The Artist’s social media profiles may be publicly visible. We recommend updating privacy settings and removing any content that could be deemed inappropriate. Social media guidelines will be provided at the start of representation.
    • Keeping the Artist’s CV updated is a shared responsibility. Inform the Manager promptly of any changes.

    5.4 Photography & Usage Rights

    • All headshots taken by Tucker Management or its approved photographer are the property of the Manager.
    • Photos must be credited to “Tucker Management” and/or the photographer and used strictly for professional purposes. Alternative use requires written permission.
    • These terms apply to photos taken during official agency headshot days.
  •  6. Authorisation

By signing this agreement, you irrevocably authorise the Manager:

    • To receive on your behalf all monies due under any contract and deduct the applicable commission.
    • To publicly state that Tucker Management represents you.
    • To delegate duties outside of Great Britain as necessary.

    Acknowledgement

By signing this contract, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms outlined above, as well as the accompanying Parent Information, provided upon offer and available via the TM Kids page on our website.
