Custom Hat Pre-Order Info All custom hat pre-orders take approximately 2 weeks to complete. If you need your order sooner, I do offer a rush option for an added fee of $20–$25, depending on your timeline. Just let me know your deadline when you place your order!If you’re ordering a custom hat with your logo, there is a one-time $15 digitizing fee. This covers the process of converting your logo into a format that can be embroidered. Once your logo is digitized, I’ll keep it on file for any future orders—no need to pay the fee again!If you need a quick answer or have a time-sensitive question, feel free to text or call me at 704-318-5519—I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!If you have any other questions or special requests, don’t hesitate to reach out.
