The Out of School Time Program takes place at the Kokomo Family YMCA and serves students in grades K-6 who attend a Kokomo School Corporation school. Transportation to/from the YMCA is provided by Kokomo School Corporation. To set up transportation, please contact your student's school office.

Weekly Fees:

• Before School Care: $65.00 (per student)
• After School Care: $65.00 (per student)
• Before & After School Care: $130.00 (per student)

Before a student can attend the YMCA Out of School Time Program, the following must be completed:

 

1. Submit this Request for Information form.
2. The Youth Development Team will contact you with information.
3. If space is available and you would like to enroll your student in the OST Program, you will receive a link to the online Student Information Form. This form is completed for each student as part of their enrollment. You will submit copies of your student's Immunization Records and Birth Certificate on the Student Information Form. 
4. Payment arrangements will be set up in our Community Portal. If your student has CCDF Vouchers, you may skip this step.
5. Once all required forms are completed and documents are received, the Program Director will confirm a start date with you. You will be responsible for contacting your student's school office to set up transportation to/from the YMCA. A student may not start attending the OST Program until their transportation is confirmed by the school.

 

Weekly fees are paid by a credit/debit card or ACH draft. This draft takes place on Friday mornings for the following week.
