I agree to have C T S RV Mobile Mechanic perform ser- I understand that these services are mo- vice on my bile and that certain mechanical breakdowns may need further in house shop repair and understand that the repairs that may be needed may not be able to be completed road- I have been instructed by C T S RV Mobile Mechanic of the rates that I will be paying. The hourly rate is $195.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum on the call. There is also a 9% fuel surcharge that S assessed, 7% state tax and a 3% credit card processing fee if I pay by credit card. I waive my right based on the fees disclosed herein. All fees have been explained to me
and, I waive my rights to have a full written estimate of the service costs.
