Spanish Fork Municipal Airport (KSPK) reports all based aircraft to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) annually. The FAA may share this information with other agencies such as UDOT Aeronautics. Please complete this form to help us maintain accurate records.

I understand that my aircraft being based at KSPK will be reported to the FAA annually, and this information may be shared with UDOT Aeronautics as part of official state and federal reporting procedures.

The following landing fee rates have been established by the Airport Board and approved by the City Council. Based aircraft under 5,000 pounds are eligible for one complimentary landing per day. Aircraft exceeding this weight threshold are not eligible for complimentary landings.

Landing Fee 0-5,000 lbs MTOW	$2.00
Landing Fee 5,001-12,499 lbs MTOW	$5.00
Landing Fee 12,500-60,000 lbs MTOW	$2.50 per 1,000 lbs
Overweight Aircraft Fee (over 60,000 lbs MTOW)	$2.50 per 1,000 lbs + $5 per pound over 60,000 lbs
