TERMS AND CONFITIONS

I hereby agree to enter this competition on the following terms:

1. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry thereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all claims and damages I may have against the BPU, ABPU, the organisers, volunteers, Venue owners, their representatives, successors, and assignees for any and all injuries or bodily harm that I may suffer while competing at the BPU South West Devon Regional Qualifier. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of all risks involved with my participation in this event, and that to the best of my knowledge I am physically fit and able to participate in this event.

2. That I know of no reason why I should not take part on the grounds of ill health or any other associated condition, known or unknown.

3. I have paid my entry fee today - I am aware if I do not make payment the dame day as this entry that I have not secured a place. I understand entry is non-refundable and non transferable to another competition under any circumstances, Payment via paypal and bank tranfer is made via the instructions below and put your name and which competition it is for on the message section. Entries will CLOSE when all classes are full.

4. The federation will not hold or post any medals, trophies or other associated competiton winnings if the competitior does not collect them at the ceremony on the day.

5. All competitors MUST produce their current year of competing membership PDF at weigh in otherwise the competitor shall not be permitted to compete.

6/ PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 30 COMPETITIORS WILL BE TAKEN. THE ENTRIES WILL CLOSE AS SOON AS EACH DAY IF FULL

7. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances and including postponement and cancellation.

8. Competitors not adhering to safety or general behavior rules will be disqualified from the event and asked to leave the premises. All lifters understand the risks of attending a group event and take full responsibility knowing the risks for attending the event. All comnpetitors will have due respect for all persons at the premises and if any actions are considered to be aggressive or endagering the wellbeing physical or mental of other persons, they will be asked to leave the competition without negotiation.

The entry fee for one category is £35 (with Paypal Charges it is £36.90).

2 categories: £55, £56.90 with PayPal fees

3 categorties - £75, £77.60 with PayPal fees

Per category means for bench press only or deadlift only. this also includes your age class and weight category etc. If you wish to add another category, like deadlift only as well as bench this is 2 categories. this also applies to if you want to enter Masters AND Open as an example.

Please note, if you do not cover the paypal fees you will be asked to do so. We have th eoption of bank transfer instead if you wish to have an option without paypal fees.
