DISCOVER SISKIYOU EVENT MARKETING AWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully and sign below to acknowledge the terms and conditions:
The legally responsible organization for the event agrees that it will do the following if event support is granted:

1.     Include the Discover Siskiyou logo on printed marketing and event materials, and link the Discover Siskiyou logo to the DiscoverSiskiyou.com website on digital marketing and event materials.

2.     Credit Discover Siskiyou as an event sponsor in all marketing and event materials, and provide sponsorship benefits as per the value of the event support.

3.     Permit Discover Siskiyou to hang signage at the event.

4.     Notify the Discover Siskiyou team immediately if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or downsized.

         (a) If the dates of the event are changed, or the event is downsized, funding will no longer be guaranteed.

         (b)   If the event is cancelled, or otherwise not held on the agreed date(s) with no approval from Discover Siskiyou of a new date, the legally responsible organization shall repay in full all prior funds paid by Discover Siskiyou under the Local Initiatives award for the event within 90 days following the agreed start date of the event.

5. Indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Siskiyou Tourism Business Improvement District, Siskiyou Economic Development Council, and staff and volunteers from such organizations from all claims, liabilities, causes of action and judgements related to or arising out of the event.

6. Provide proof of general liability insurance for the event, naming the Siskiyou Tourism Business Improvement District and Siskiyou Economic Development Council as additional insureds.

7. Submit a completed and signed W9 prior to first payment.

An authorized representative of the legally responsible organization for the event must sign below. Such signature indicates that such organization understands and agrees to these terms and conditions.
