On behalf of Questex’s The Hospitality Show THS Connect (“THS Connect”) evaluation committee, I am pleased to confirm that you have been selected as a Qualified Buyer (“Buyer”) to participate in this exclusive event being held at the Miami Beach Convention Center, in Miami Florida, November 2-4, 2026.

As Buyer, your participation entitles you to one (1) complimentary all-access pass to The Hospitality Show at the Miami Beach Convention Center, in Miami Beach, FL, from Monday, November 2, to Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
The all access pass includes:
- Visionary Stage (Mon-Wed)
- Center Stage (Tue-Wed)
- Expo Hall (Tue-Wed)
- Keynotes
- Miami Nights Opening Party (Mon)

Buyer agrees to attend and complete eight (8) one-to-one meetings on November 3-4. Prior to the event, Buyer will complete their company profile and pre-select companies to meet with onsite via the event website when prompted by event management. If Buyer does not select the requested minimum number of meetings, Buyer will be assigned additional appointments by THS Connect.

A $500 digital gift card will be emailed to the Buyer upon full completion of all eight (8) scheduled one-on-one meetings during the event. Gift cards will be distributed by November 20, 2026.

Buyer agrees to continue communications post-event as agreed-upon with participating suppliers.

Buyer understands that their contact information will be shared with participating THS Connect attendees.

CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION
In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, a cancellation fee of $500.00 will apply for any cancellations received after September 28, 2026.
In event of cancellation/substitution, THS Connect will consider nominations for a cancelled Buyer’s vacated position, provided nominees are qualified, meet or exceed established criteria, and have verifiable direct purchasing authority. The Substitute Buyer will be required to sign the hosted buyer agreement and abide by the terms and conditions. Once Substitute Buyer is confirmed, the cancellation fee for the original Buyer will be waived.

FAILURE TO COMPLY
If the Buyer fails to complete all required meetings as outlined in Clause (2), they will not be entitled to the $500 gift card. If the Buyer is a no-show to the event (i.e., does not attend at all without prior written notice or approved substitution), this will constitute a breach of agreement. In such cases, the Buyer will be required to reimburse event management $500.00 to offset costs associated with participation.

You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Questex and any companies affiliated with Questex relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
