2. Select the type of contributions you are giving, Tithes & Offerings, Pastor/Wife Donation, Mission/Outreach, Benevolence or Other. If Other Please specify what it is for.

3. Calculate the total amount of all the Donation and enter it into the Donations Amount Field, press the Submit.

4. You will be taken to the Friendship Baptist Church PayPal screen. (You do not need a Paypal Account. Just click the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card" Button and fill in the required information.

You can print the form BEFORE you press the submit button to keep a copy for your records.
