SoberStock XXI Vendor Registration Information

SoberStock XXI is a community-based recovery celebration held annually in Fresno, California, during National Recovery Month. The event brings together individuals in recovery, families, service providers, and community organizations to promote wellness, education, peer support, and awareness that recovery is possible.

Vendor Registration Requirements
Booth Reservation: Booth space is confirmed only after a completed application has been approved and payment has been received.

Registration Deadline: All applications and payments must be received by September 21, 2026 to guarantee booth placement.

Raffle Prize Donation: Each vendor is asked to provide a raffle prize to support event fundraising efforts. Please drop off raffle prizes at the CP4R Registration Booth during check-in.

Setup & Parking/ Vendor Setup Times:

Friday, September 25, 2026: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, September 26, 2026: 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM

• All vendors please check in at the CP4R Registration Booth before setting up.

  Booth spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. An assigned setup area will be provided during check-in.

• Free parking is available at nearby metered spaces on the day of the event. Vehicles must be removed from the event area by 7:30 AM. For safety reasons, no vehicles will be allowed within the event footprint after setup.

Important: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, extension cords, and display materials.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional booth area.
  Bring your own trash bags and remove all waste generated by your booth.
  Do not begin dismantling your booth before 2:00 PM. Early breakdown may impact participation in future events.
• Provide a brief description of products, services, or informational materials to be distributed.

The following items are prohibited:

• Drug paraphernalia or related accessories, Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, or cannabis products, Adult-oriented materials, Gang-related items, Weapons or dangerous items, Any materials inconsistent with the recovery-focused and family-friendly mission of SoberStock XXI

Support SoberStock XXI
If you would like to support SoberStock XXI and Community Partners for Recovery (CP4R) with a contribution or sponsorship, see options below. Your contribution helps fund recovery outreach, event expenses, and community engagement efforts.

Liability Waiver
Participation is voluntary. Vendors agree to release and hold harmless Community Partners 4 Recovery (CP4R), its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives from any claims involving injury, theft, loss, property damage, or other incidents related to participation in the event. CP4R does not guarantee attendance, sales, or revenue.

Agreement
By submitting a vendor registration application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all event policies, requirements, and guidelines listed above.

If you do not have a PayPal or Venmo account, please select PayPal Checkout and then select to "Pay with debit or credit card." No PayPal account will be required to do this.
