1. Acknowledgment of Risk I, the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that participating in pole fitness or dance activities, including the use of portable pole stage equipment, carries inherent risks. These risks may include but are not limited to bodily injury, muscle strain, falls, and equipment malfunction due to misuse or improper setup after delivery.
2. Assumption of Risk I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of Grip N’ Go Pole Rentals equipment, whether such risks are known or unknown, including risks arising from the negligence of Grip N’ Go, its owners, employees, contractors, or agents.
3. Waiver and Release of Liability In consideration of renting equipment from Grip N’ Go Pole Rentals, I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Grip N’ Go, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the use of the rented equipment, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
4. Equipment Responsibility I agree to operate and use the equipment in a safe and reasonable manner. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring the equipment is not misused or moved from the original setup location. I will not alter, disassemble, or reconfigure the equipment after it is installed.
5. Health and Physical Condition I confirm that I and any participants using the pole equipment are physically able and medically cleared to engage in physical activity. I understand that I should consult a physician before engaging in strenuous activity if I have any health concerns.
6. Damage or Theft I accept full financial responsibility for any damage to or loss of equipment during my rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
7. Binding Agreement This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I understand that I am waiving rights that may be asserted under law and that I have had the opportunity to consult legal counsel before signing.
