Alumni Coaching Package Agreement
Welcome! I’m excited to continue supporting you on your healing journey. To ensure we have a clear and productive relationship, please read this agreement carefully. It outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for both of us during your Alumni Coaching Package.
This Agreement is between Wholeness Campaign (“Company”) — represented by Selena Bando (“Coach”) — and the applicable participant (“Client”).
Program Description
Client’s enrollment in the Alumni Coaching Package (“Program”) includes either a three (3) session package or a six (6) session package of private 60-minute coaching calls, depending on the package purchased.
These sessions are designed to provide continued guidance, troubleshooting, and refinement of strategies related to Client’s healing journey, including gut health, detoxification, nutrition, and lifestyle practices.
Sessions are intended to help the Client connect the next steps in their healing process and receive personalized insight based on their current progress and challenges.
Additional educational resources or tools may be shared at the Coach’s discretion to support Client’s goals.
Expectations
Coach agrees to:
• Be prepared and fully present during scheduled sessions
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and educational insight based on experience
• Offer honest feedback and suggestions to support Client’s health goals
Client agrees to:
• Attend sessions on time and be fully present
• Participate honestly and openly in the coaching process
• Ask questions and remain open to exploring new perspectives
• Take full responsibility for implementing suggested actions
• Submit full payment prior to the first scheduled session
Contacting the Coach
Between sessions, Client may send brief clarification questions via the designated messaging channel.
The Coach will respond within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central) unless otherwise noted.
This communication is intended for brief follow-up or clarification only and does not constitute on-demand coaching or medical support outside scheduled sessions.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Sessions will be scheduled through the Coach’s calendar system.
Client must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.
Sessions missed without notice or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund or rescheduling, at the Coach’s discretion.
All sessions included in the purchased package must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
Investment and Payment
Client agrees to invest in the Program fully and responsibly.
Payment is processed through the Website or another agreed-upon payment method.
Full payment is required prior to the first scheduled session unless a payment plan has been approved by the Coach.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, satisfaction, or completion of sessions.
By enrolling in the Program, Client accepts full responsibility for the financial commitment.
Confidentiality
Any personal health, lifestyle, or personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, educational content, and resources shared by the Coach are the intellectual property of Wholeness Campaign.
These materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without prior written permission.
All content is intended for Client’s personal use only.
Medical Disclaimer
The Coach is not a licensed medical provider, registered dietitian, or healthcare practitioner.
The Program and any materials shared are intended for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Nothing shared in coaching sessions should be considered medical advice.
Client agrees to consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to diet, medication, or lifestyle practices.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and Client assumes full responsibility for any outcomes related to their personal health decisions.
Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
Coaching services are not a substitute for medical care or professional healthcare treatment.
Client participates voluntarily and assumes all risks associated with implementing recommendations discussed during sessions.
Disclaimers
The Coach provides educational guidance and personal insight only.
No guarantees are made regarding specific health outcomes or results.
The Coach is not responsible for any health outcomes, financial decisions, or life circumstances resulting from Client’s participation in the Program.
Affiliate Disclosure
The Coach may share affiliate links or product recommendations that align with the Program.
These are provided as optional resources only.
Client assumes full responsibility for evaluating and deciding whether to use any recommended products or services.
Limitation of Liability and Release
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Wholeness Campaign and Selena Bando from any claims, liability, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Program to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 24 hours notice.
If Client cancels sessions with less than 24 hours notice or does not attend scheduled sessions, those sessions may be forfeited without refund.
If the Coach must cancel a session, a new session time will be offered.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law
This document represents the entire agreement between the parties.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication within 14 days, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration in the State of Illinois.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and enforceable.
Non-Disparagement
Client agrees not to make defamatory or disparaging statements about the Coach, the Company, or the Program publicly or privately, including on social media or in communication with others, except as required by law or during arbitration proceedings.
Agreement
By purchasing and participating in the Alumni Coaching Package, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
Payment and enrollment serve as an electronic signature and legally binding acceptance of this agreement.
