WHCE does not accept donations for which the sale is contingent upon the purchaser supplying another hunter, or one that requires the purchaser to upgrade the hunt and harvest additional animals, or one that requires any additional costs (other than Government imposed fees) to the purchaser. The donor may provide the opportunity for the purchaser to harvest additional animals at their discretion.
Any donated hunt may necessitate payment by the purchaser of the government licenses or government assessed trophy fees, but no donated hunt shall require the purchaser to pay any additional outfitter-imposed trophy, harvest, or kill fees.
The donors of hunts, trips, or wilderness vacations can choose to receive up to 50% split of the sale price.
Any additional fees must be clearly noted, and the costs estimated.
In order to protect both our donors and WHCE, only a limited number of donations from a geographic area are accepted each year. In accepting donations WHCE considers the donor’s history, including their participation as an exhibitor/Outfitter Member.
