What is the One-Time Late Payment Forgiveness Benefit?
At HomeLab Property Management, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances—life events, financial surprises, or even just a simple oversight—can cause a rent payment to be missed or delayed. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer each resident household one (1) late payment forgiveness benefit within any rolling 12-month period.

This benefit:
✅ Waives one late fee charged due to a missed or delayed rent payment.
✅ Is available once every 12 months per lease.
✅ Can only be used if no other late fee forgiveness was granted in the past 12 months.
✅ Requires that the rent balance is now paid in full or a payment plan is in place.
