Although rural with acreage around us, we are located in a residential neighborhood. We require all guests to respect our neighbors while on our property. This includes parking in the designated parking area, keeping all activity in the permitted shooting areas, and keeping noise and all amplified music at a reasonable level.
What is your anticipated number of guests?
If more than 10 vehicles are required for your shoot, please bring it to our attention now. We can likely work through the details and logistics. Without prior discussion and approval, an additional fee of $75 per vehicle may be charged to the primary booking guest if the amount of vehicles surpasses the 10-vehicle limit.

Our booking hours are 9am to 6pm. Do you required extended hours? (please check all that apply)
HEATING/AIR: The primary barn does not have central heating or air conditioning (there are a few ceiling fans, box fans, and small space heaters available). Due to this, temperature conditions and comfort are impacted by day-to-day weather conditions.
10-VEHICLE LIMIT: We are simply asking for honesty and communication when it comes to this. We can accommodate 10+ vehicles, but we need to be prepared logistically. An additional fee of $75/vehicle will be added if we are significantly mislead on production size and scale.
Once your booking is accepted, as the primary guest you will be digitally sent a basic "Release for Participation in Event or Activity" form to sign. The purpose of this form is simply to establish an acknowledgement of the potential risks involved with visiting Barn Burner Ranch, which is an authentically rustic and rough-around-the-edges location. On booking day, all guests who attend will be required to agree and sign this same form, which is located in the venue's lobby. While currently not required, we encourage you to obtain "Day of Event" liability insurance.
Three days before your booking you will be sent a site map and additional information regarding parking, electical and onsite restrooms.
