Application Deadline & Notification
Applications must be received by April 1, 2026.
Applicants will be notified of acceptance by April 15, 2026 via email.
If you are not accepted, your application fee will be refunded immediately upon notification of non-acceptance.
This is a rain or shine event! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENDOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP AREAS MAY BE DIFFERENT THIS YEAR DUE TO A NEW ROAD CLOSURE (HWY 53) WE WILL SEND OUT DEATILED INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Vendor Commitment
Booths must remain open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Early closing is not permitted. Participation is a commitment to remain open during festival hours.
Set-Up & Break-Down
Festival grounds streets will remain closed to vehicles until 10:30 PM.
Vendors wishing to leave between 6:00 PM and 10:30 PM must pack up their booth and cart items to designated loading areas. Drive-up access will not be permitted before 10:30 PM.
NO EXCEPTIONS
Restrictions
No pets are permitted.
No generators of any kind are permitted.
Only items handcrafted by the vendor are allowed.
NO Political candidates, protest materials, petitions OR loud speakers such as mega phones of any kind. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATLY⚠️
Important: All vendors must strictly adhere to these guidelines.
Any unlisted or prohibited items displayed during the festival will be removed immediately, and vendors risk dismissal without refund.
Prohibited items include: kit-made goods, manufactured products, consigned/resale merchandise, and “flea market” items.
The Selection Committee reserves the right to deny any applicant, regardless of past participation.
Vendors may be asked to demonstrate how their items are made.
Non-compliance will result in dismissal from the show without refund.
Liability & Security
Reasonable security will be provided; however, the North Carolina Blueberry Festival, Town of Burgaw, County of Pender, and their representatives are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival and its successors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation.
Vendors assume all risk for property and merchandise against theft, fire, storm, flood, or other acts of nature.
Media Release
By participating, vendors grant permission for the North Carolina Blueberry Festival to use photographs, video, or recordings of their booth and participation for promotional purposes.
