> Please be advised that our confections may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten or wheat. If there are any known allergies and/or dietary restrictions prior to rendered services, it is important that guests are made aware of our products prior to consumption.
CREATIVE ARTISTRY :
> INSPIRATIONAL PHOTOS - If an image is provided as a reference to help execute a customized design, it will be used for inspirational purposes only! Adjustments will be made to the final concept due to personal creativity and avoidance of copyright infringement from the original creator.
> COLOR MATCHING - We strive to accurately match desired color choices to the best of our ability, however there is no guarantee that the colors will be exact. Too much coloring will affect the taste and texture of some confections.
ORDER PICK-UP AND DELIVERY :
The preferred method of order retrieval is order pick-up, however delivery services are also available for an additional fee.
> ORDER PICK-UP - All orders should be transported on a FLAT surface, to avoid any accidental damage to confections. Prior to pick-up, please ensure that the vehicle has a working cooling unit so the car interior is cool and confections are not placed in an area with direct sunlight. Confections by Kee will not be held liable for any damage or failure that may occur once the confections leave our possession during transport, handling, set up, or display.
> LATE PICK-UP - Please specify a desired time for order pick-up at the time of order placement. It is important that the time agreed upon be considered prior to rendered services. Unless prior communication has been established regarding a conflict of time, a late fee will incur.
> SETUP SERVICES - These services are only offered for weddings and large parties and will be factored into the delivery fee total.
ORDERING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES :
> A two-week minimum is required for all orders prior to desired event date or fulfullment of order will not be guaranteed.
> Invoices are sent out via email once orders have been confirmed. A 40% retainer fee MUST be paid within 48 hours of distributed invoices to secure order fulfillment. Final payment arrangements will also be provided.
> Specific cakes (i.e tiered and tall) require extra structural support so there will be plastic or wooden dowels inside of the cake. As a safety precaution, cakes that contain support are not meant to be smashed into the faces of others.
> Decorative Enhancements such as acrylic and cardstock cake / cupcake toppers are not edible. In the event that any of these items are used, the client will be notified prior to event to remove these items prior to consumption.
> Edible Images are provided upon requests and additional pricing may vary.
PAYMENT METHODS :
> Square is the preferred payment method and will be used for all invoices. If an issue occurs while trying to make a payment through this platform, please make us aware so we can provide another alternative.
REFUNDS :
> All sales are final due to the nature of our products. All retainer fees are non-refundable as this may be used to purchase products and supplies in preparation of desired order. In the instance that there is a discrepancy with order fulfillment on our behalf, only then will a full retainer fee or refund will be provided.
