  • CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    I understand that if my dog has a matted coat, it may be necessary to shave or clip the mats out to avoid causing pain or distress. I acknowledge that dematting can be uncomfortable and may pose a risk of skin irritation, skin infection, nicks, or stress, and the groomer will act in the best interest of my pet at all times. I give consent for the groomer to use their professional judgement to determine the most humane and comfortable grooming approach, even if it means altering my preferred style. I understand that my dog’s comfort and safety are the top priority.I accept full responsibility for the condition of my pet’s coat and any effects grooming may have as a result, including the possibility of a shorter cut than requested. I release the groomer from liability related to pre-existing conditions, matting, or behaviour-related challenges that may affect the grooming outcome.I confirm that all above information is accurate.
