We are seeking an experienced SDR (Sales Development Representatives) Team Manager to lead our sales team located in Latin America (LATAM). The manager will be responsible for directing a team focused on identifying new sales opportunities in the American market, expanding the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets.
In this role, you will lead a team of sales development representatives, develop sales strategies, implement work methodologies, and be responsible for achieving the team's business objectives while creating a positive and supportive work environment.
Note Regarding Location:
The position requires availability during working hours with LATAM working hours, as well as availability during hours relevant to the American market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Management
- Manage, coach, and train an SDR team located in Latin America
- Recruit, mentor, and develop talented sales representatives
- Define individual and group KPIs and monitor performance
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings
- Identify obstacles and solve problems in sales processes
- Create a culture of data-driven excellence and results
Strategy and Results
- Develop and refine work processes to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Analyze key performance indicators and generate insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to improve conversion and closing rates
- Meet sales targets and business outcomes
Professional Development
- Analyze sales calls and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify training and development needs and conduct individual and group coaching
- Transfer professional knowledge about company products and the digital publishing industry
Cross Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate with sales representative and management to coordinate goals and strategies
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns and content
- Periodic reporting to management on team performance

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience and Education
- At least 3 years of experience managing call center or SDR teams
- Background in SaaS or digital content industry - significant advantage
- Proven experience interacting with U.S.-based customers
Language and Cultural Skills
- Full proficiency in English at native level (speaking, writing, reading)
- Proficiency in Spanish - significant advantage
- Deep understanding of the American market and American business culture
- Ability to bridge cultural gaps between LATAM team and American customers
Management and Technology Skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency in advanced B2C sales methodologies
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of sales automation processes and productivity tools
- Ability to manage a remote team and motivate employees in a hybrid/virtual environment
