    Discounted LCR rates are inclusive of 20% VAT. These rates are available exclusively for direct bedroom bookings at Healing Manor Hotel and are not applicable to online travel agencies (OTAs), including but not limited to Booking.com and Expedia.

    Rates are fixed for a 12-month period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the accompanying agreement.

  • Healing Manor Hotel – LCR (Local Corporate Rate) Terms & Conditions
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all companies booking accommodation at Healing Manor Hotel under the Local Corporate Rate (LCR) agreement.

    1. Agreement Overview
    The LCR detailed in the accompanying Reference Request Form is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of agreement, as stated on the signed form. This rate applies exclusively to direct bookings made with Healing Manor Hotel and is inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

    2. Standard Booking and Group Terms
    All bookings made under the LCR agreement remain subject to our full Booking Terms and Conditions and Group Booking Terms and Conditions, which can be found at:

    These include details on cancellations, no-show charges, payment terms, and minimum notice requirements for group bookings.

    3. Rate Validity and Adjustments
    While the agreed rates are intended to remain in place for the 12-month term, Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to amend rates at any time during the contract period. Any changes will only be made where necessary to reflect significant increases in:

    The cost of raw materials and consumables
    Utilities including but not limited to gas, electricity, and water
    National Minimum or Living Wage legislation
    Other direct business overheads which, if not adjusted for, may result in commercial loss
    Any changes will be communicated to the company with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, and we will endeavour to keep such adjustments to a minimum. Your continued use of the rate following such notice will constitute acceptance of the revised rate.

    4. Credit Facility & Payment
    Where a credit facility is agreed and authorised, invoices are to be settled in accordance with the terms outlined in your company’s account agreement. Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to revoke or amend credit facilities in the event of late payment or breach of terms.

    5. Exclusivity
    LCR rates are provided on the understanding they are used solely by the company named in the agreement and are not transferable to other individuals, businesses, or booking channels. All bookings must be made directly through Healing Manor Hotel’s reservations team.
