      💳 Deposits & PaymentsA non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your event date and time. The retainer will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. No services will begin until the final balance has been paid in full.⏰ Late Arrival & Start PolicyPlease ensure all guests arrive on time and ready to begin. If the class begins more than 15 minutes late due to guest delays, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid disruption of other bookings and scheduling commitments.🧳 On-Location ExperienceThis is a mobile, on-location experience only. Services are provided at your home, hotel, Airbnb, or event venue. Travel within my local service area is included in pricing. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of the standard service radius.🎒 Makeup Products & ToolsAll guests are required to bring their own makeup products, brushes, and sponges for the class. A recommended product checklist will be provided after booking confirmation. For hygiene and sanitation purposes, sharing makeup products between guests is not recommended.🛍️ Makeup Kit & Add-On OrdersOptional makeup kits and glam add-ons must be requested and paid for at least 7 days prior to the event date. Due to customization and ordering preparation, all makeup kit purchases are final sale and non-refundable.❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyAll retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 72 hours notice and is subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of the event without refund.👥 Guest Count PolicyPricing is based on the confirmed guest count reserved at the time of booking. Reductions in guest count after booking will not reduce the package total.✨ Experience ExpectationsThis experience is designed to be fun, interactive, beginner-friendly, and confidence-building. Guests are encouraged to arrive makeup-free or with minimal makeup for the best hands-on learning experience.
