The accessibility application process for Latitude, Reading and Leeds Festival has changed for 2025. We are now handling all Hotbox staff/volunteer accessibility applications, instead of applying directly with the festival's accessibility team. Please read the information below carefully before submitting the application form.
The festivals' accessibility campsites have received a very high number of applications from customers this year which means they are unable to accommodate staff and volunteers also staying there. Therefore we request that all staff and volunteers camp in the Hotbox compound of the crew campsite instead. If you are local and would prefer to stay off-site and commute to the festival for your shifts this is fine.
The above also applies to the arena's accessibility viewing platforms and dedicated accessibility ground viewing areas. These have a limited capacity which unfortunately means staff and volunteers will not be able to access the viewing platforms and ground viewing areas this year.
We have requested accessible toilet facilities in our compound, and a wheelchair accessible shower in the crew area.
If you would like to bring a caravan, campervan or motorhome to stay in, please ensure you have completed our live-in vehicle registration form. Please note, we are unable to provide electric hook-ups to live-in vehicles.
If you would like to apply for an accessible toilet pass or accessible queue pass to use in the public areas of the festival, please complete this application form.

The festivals use Nimbus access cards to approve accessibility applications. If you do not already have a Nimbus card, you can apply for one here.
