Edit Catering Order in Deferred Queue

Find #'s Sold in Square App

- Open Square App

- "More"

- "Reports"

- "Sales" (Ensure you are on the right date)

- Scroll down to the bottom & Look for "Top Items"

- "3-Dots"

- "Show All"

- "Count"

Log into Store Computer:

- Username : 04955B

- Password : Greennuggets123!

> Once logged in open "Square Reconciliation Tool" on the Desktop <

Complete Steps/Sheet on Square Reconciliation Tool

[#1 - #4 Completed on Computer]

#1 - Resturant Tax Rate - 8%

#2 - Enter you ADP Tax Rate [See Below or for Tax Rates]

#3 - Enter Data Using Square Report 

 > Open Square App > "More" > "Reports" > "Sales" (Ensure you are on the right date) > "3-Dots" (Under 1-Y) > "Show Details" <

- Net Sales 

- Tax 

- Fees

- Net Total

#4 - Enter Total of Physical Cash Received (Cash on hand should match cash under toal collected)

[#5 - #8 Completed on Register (POS)]

#5 - Enter (Green) Subtotal Amount (from _____)

 

 

** Fully read #6, if the sales tax is not the same as the resturant's, stated in #2, then it will ask you to make the transcation tax exempt (no tax) **

If #6 DOES tell you to change sale to Tax Exempt 

- Manager Funcion

- No Tax

- Only Type "ADP Offsite Sale"

- Enter Misc Sale ["Premium" > "Misc Sale" > "Type Amount" from #6

** Sales number MUST equal the number noted in #6, if it does not, delete the previous miscommunication sales, and you have to re-enter a misc sale numbers so that the amount on the tool matches the register ** 

If #6 DOES NOT tell you to change sale to Tax Exempt 

 

- Enter Misc Sale ["Premium" > "Misc Sale" > "Type Amount" from #6
