  • We have had several partners have issues with getting their form to submit. If this happens for you please try the following:

    1. Submit directly on Jotform link here

    2. If that doesn't work, make a copy of this spreadsheet, enter your data there, and email to linkup@experimentalstation.org

    If you have this issue and are able to it would be helpful for usto get a screenshot of your console report so we can submit it to Jotform for answers. These are the instructions for how to open that up on your brower.

  • SNAP Distributed: Total dollar amount that you swiped on Link cards for day(s) reporting

    SNAP Redeemed: Total dollar amount of SNAP money that customers used that day. For receipt/chit and loyalty card programs this amount will be the same as SNAP Distributed. For markets using their own currency as SNAP dollars, this could be more or less than SNAP Distributed if the customer didn't spend all of what was swiped on their card

    Link Match Distributed: The number of Link Match vouchers given to the customer when you process their Link card. (1 voucher = $1 USD)

    Link Match Redeemed: The number of Link Match vouchers that customers used to buy produce on the day(s) reporting. This number may be more that Link Match Distributed if the customer comes with Link Match vouchers from a previous market. (1 voucher = $1 USD)

  • ERROR: Unique SNAP Customers cannot be higher than SNAP Transactions. SNAP Transactions are the number of times you swiped Link cards and Unique SNAP Customers are the number of SNAP users you served that day.

  • ERROR: Unique SNAP Customers cannot be 0 if you have run SNAP Transactions. SNAP Transactions are the number of times you swiped Link card and Unique SNAP Customers are the number of SNAP users you served that day.

  • ERROR: SNAP Transactions and Unique SNAP Customers cannot be greater than 0 if SNAP Transactions are 0, even if vendors redeemed SNAP or Link Match that day. SNAP Transactions and Unique SNAP Customers refer to SNAP benefits you charged that day. SNAP Transactions are how many times you swiped Link cards and Unique SNAP Customers is how many people you ran cards for. 

  • ERROR: SNAP Transactions and Unique SNAP Customers have to be greater than 0 if SNAP Distributed greater than 0. SNAP Transactions and Unique SNAP Customers refer to SNAP benefits you charged (distributed) that day. SNAP Transactions are how many times you swiped Link cards and Unique SNAP Customers is how many people you ran cards for. 

  • POTENTIAL ERROR: The amount of SNAP Distributed per SNAP Transaction is over $100. Please review and make sure your numbers are correct. 

  • POTENTIAL ERROR: The number of Unique SNAP Customers is low compared to the number of SNAP Transactions. Please review before submitting! Unique SNAP Customers are the number of people that you swiped cards for. It should be your total SNAP Transactions minus the number of additional swipes you ran for a person.

  • ERROR: Vendor totals should be equal to or greater as you move down the table. All produce vendors are SNAP eligible and both are included in the total number of vendors.

    Example - if you have 2 produce vendors, 1 meat vendor, 1 cheese vendors, and a pizza vendor you would have 2 Link Match eligible vendors, 4 SNAP eligible vendors, and 5 total vendors.

  • ERROR: You are reporting that there were no vendors at all to purchase from this week - and were therefore closed. Please correct the number of vendors or select 'Closed' under days you operated.

  • POTENTIAL ERROR: You are reporting that there were nothing Link Match eligible for sale this week - please update with the number of vendors a customer could spend their vouchers with (fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, plants that produce food).

    Please select the programs/activities/services your market.
  • WIC (Women Infant and Children program)- user would have an EBT card that you are swiping to charge their WIC account

    WIC FMNP (Women Infant and Children Farmers Market Nutrition Program) - eligible WIC users would have state issued coupons that can be used on eligible foods from vendors that have been approved by the state to accept FMNP coupons. This would be additional funds to a users WIC benefits

    Senior FMNP (Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program) - eligible low-income seniors would have state issued coupons that can be used on eligible foods from vendors that have been approved by the state to accept

    FDPIR (Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations) - provides USDA Foods to income-eligible households living on Indian reservations, and to American Indian households residing in approved areas near reservations

    CSFP (Commodity Supplemental Food Program) - USDA distributes both food and administrative funds to participating states and Indian Tribal Organizations to low-income persons at least 60 years of age
