Terms & Conditions

1. This package is sold in CAD, inclusive of taxes & service charges.

2. Prices include roundtrip economy airfare from Toronto to Cancun on Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge, and include taxes and fees.

3. Prices include roundtrip shared transfers between Cancun airport & resort.

4. Tuition sold in CAD.

5. Prices valid at time of printing and subject to change without notice. Prices become guaranteed with payment.

6. Sea Courses is not responsible for any international currency conversion rate fluctuations charged by your credit card or financial institution at the time of purchase or potential refund.

7. Non-refundable trip deposit of $300 per person due at booking.

8. Non-refundable tuition deposit of $150 per attendee is due at the time of booking to reserve your seat in the conference. Only paid registrants receive a certificate of attendance.

9. Second deposit of 50% of balance for trip is due by October 1, 2025.

10. Final payment for trip and tuition is due by December 3, 2025.

11. Cancellations prior to December 3, 2025 – penalty is loss of deposit.

12. Cancellations between December 4 and December 30, 2025 – penalty is 50% of the total price.

13. Cancellations after December 30, 2025 – penalty is 100% of the total price and tuition.

14. Trip and conference must both be booked through Sea Courses.

15. A $100 CAD per room admin fee for any cancellation will be charged by Sea Courses.

16. Sea Courses reserves the right to change speakers and/or program without notice. Sea Courses reserves the right to cancel the course for just cause. Upon cancellation, registration fee will be held as a future credit.
