Please fill out the form completely to submit your application. Forms that are not completely filled out will not be reviewed. If you are accepted, you will be e-mailed a link to submit the vendor fee via credit card. You may also mail a check to the address found at the end of this form. Your booth is ONLY reserved once a payment is received.
Please Note: All vendors will receive an e-mail letting them know if they have been accepted or unfortunately not by the end of October at the very latest. We are working to get out e-mails well before then, but that is the absolute latest it will be. Thank you for your patience!
