We’ll remove your existing mailbox as part of the installation. Please note that disposal is not included, as disposal options vary by location. Your installer will place the old mailbox in a location of your choosing on the property, and you’re welcome to discuss any additional disposal options directly with them on the day of installation.

Also, confirm whether it’s a standard 120V outlet or a low-voltage power line. Don’t worry if you’re unsure—we’ll follow up to confirm all the details before your installation.
NOTE:
Your mailbox will be concreted into the ground up to 2 feet deep. The standard USPS location for a mailbox is 6-8 inches from the curb or street (the opening of the front of the mailbox). We will install at the appropriate distance unless you approve another distance or location. Your installer will reach out to confirm the apointment. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
