I understand a non-refundable $200 date reservation deposit is required to reserve the event date. If date of event is less than 2 weeks away the total rental amount of $600 is due to reserve the event date.If only paying the deposit, the $500 balance ($100 refundable damage and cleaning deposit, plus the $400 remaining rental balance) must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of the $200 date reservation deposit, and release of the float date to other renters. Date reservation deposits or rental payments cannot be transferred or applied to another person or date under any circumstance except parade cancellations due to weather.Out of town parades require a $100 non-refundable delivery fee
