You are looking to see if they try to fix it themselves and do they say sorry? Asking these types of questions before we hire helps us figure out how they will act once they're hired. How do you want your crew person to be?
Lets' do another role play... this time you're still on front counter but the manager asked you to stock sauces. In the middle of stocking, you notice the restaurant suddenly became very busy. What do you do?
***Follow up question... if they say they will help clear the orders out and help which is wonderful, play devils advocate and ask... what about when the manager asks about the sauces?
