MISS OHIO LOCAL CONTESTANT ENTRY FORM

Congratulations!

We are excited you have decided to enter a Miss Ohio Local Competition this season!

The following pages and form will enable you to select a Local Competition and submit the required materials to the chosen Local Program. 

The information requested on this site is the minimum needed by ALL Miss Ohio Local Competitions.  However, some locals may have additional requirements. 

CONTESTANTS UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE

For those MISS or TEEN contestants under eighteen (18) years of age on the day of submitting this Entry Form, it MUST be submitted by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

SELECT A LOCAL COMPETITION

Select a LOCAL COMPETITION from the list below for more details.  The list is in Chronological Order, along with the Primary Local Miss Title.

Local Competitions will be ADDED when the date has been set and REMOVED once the competition has been completed.  

CONFIRMING ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

Before you can enter an Ohio MISS or TEEN Local Competition, you must have completed the Miss America and Miss Ohio Scholarship Program registration requirements.  You should have received an email from the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program indicating REGISTRATION APPROVED.

If you have not registered, Go To HOW TO BECOME A CONTESTANT.

If you completed the registration steps but have NOT received an email from the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program confirming your eligibility, please email ContestantHelp@missohio.org 

PROCEED TO ENTER A LOCAL COMPETITION

Once you are eligible to compete this season, you may proceed to submit the necessary information to a Local Director to enter their Local Competition.  

You may choose to submit all the materials at once or submit items separately.  However, all items must be submitted by the deadline set by each Local Director.

If you enter information on the Local Entry Form below, but it's not ready to submit, there's an option to save it.  You may then return at a later time to complete and submit the form.

Even though ALL Locals require the information on this form, you must submit the information separately for EACH Local you choose to enter.  

Whenever a form is submitted, you will receive an email with a copy of the form containing the submitted information.
